I ship all my packages through Royal Mail, unless otherwise stated or arranged within the order. In order to keep shipping costs down, prints and cards are not sent tracked. If you wish for expedited or tracked delivery, please select that option at checkout. ORIGINAL ARTWORK: All original artwork is shipped tracked, and packaged very carefully in order to prevent any damage while in transit. I endeavor to send the tracking number to each customer, so we can both stalk the parcel's progress! Original artwork on paper will be shipped in a protective sleeve, with a backing board to prevent bending, and then in either a cardboard box or rigid mailer. I put DO NOT BEND stamps on everything, and tape up any edges where water could ever enter. (Can you tell I'm a touch paranoid about protection?) So far I've not had an issue with any damaged items, but if you do experience an issue with your package, please contact me at Andrea.Stewart.Art@gmail.com and include your order number in the email reference. I will do my very best to resolve any issues! WHERE IS MY PACKAGE? Unfortunately, the shipping around the world is a bit chaotic at the moment - for all sorts of reasons! If your package is over a week beyond the estimated arrival date, please contact me, and I will do my best to track where it is. If the item does not arrive after 2 months, please contact me. CAN YOU SHIP TO (INSERT DESTINATION COUNTRY)? It's so cool to see my art go around the world! If you don't see your country listed in the available countries, please contact me, and I will check if I can ship to you. I ship through Royal Mail, so if they accept it I will send it! Expensive ones... Just kidding, but not really. I use the highest quality materials I can get my hands on, from professional watercolours to top-notch paper for my commissions. And my pieces are all done on acid-free paper, with professional paints. I prime my canvases and wood panels carefully, to ensure longevity. So long as the piece of art is not placed in direct sunlight, an overly warm or cold room, or high humidity, you should not have an issue. If you are worried feel free to drop me a message and we can talk about your needs. Online articles will tell you the best places to store art is behind a UV case, in a temperature controlled room, and in carefully controlled light... But we don't all live in museums! There are steps you can take to ensure the art is kept in good condition, and I send all my artwork with care instructions to help you display your art so that it keeps its vibrancy for years to come.

I can certainly try. No harm asking, I don't bite! Some artists can be very secretive of their knowledge, processes, or materials. However, as a self-taught artist, I have learnt most of my skills and my knowledge from the openness of artists before me.
